I don't see my city listed, will you deliver to my area? We don't list all the cities that we service, if you do not see a city listed please call (414) 651-0366 and ask us. If we don't service your city we may know of another company that does.
How do I place an order? Please call (414) 651-0366 to place an order. You may also e-mail us at Service"@"Special-Delivery4U.com (remember to remove the quotes) with your reservation request. We will call you to confirm it and make payment arrangements. We accept cash, checks, Master Card, Visa and Discover.
If you are paying by check we must have the check two weeks in advance. There will be a $35.00 fee for checks that are returned due to insufficient funds.How much notice will you need? 24 hours notice is needed for all displays. Reservations may be accepted less that 24 hours before the set-up depending on availability and may be subject to a $15.00 fee. To make sure you get the display that you would like, we suggest calling at least two weeks in advance of the date you want the display set up.
Does someone need to be home when you deliver? Only if you are paying cash for the display.
Can I keep one of the critters as a souvenir? No, any missing critters will be charged to the credit card on file. Please see our Policies Page for missing item fees.
When will the display be set up? Deliveries are made the night before your special occasion. Generally the display is set up between 9:00 pm and 1:00 am. Times may vary slightly due to weather or time of the year. Some deliveries are made in the morning due to safety concerns. This is determined by Special-Delivery 4 U LLC.
What if I want the display set up at a specific time. For instance I want to be there when you set it up. Specific time requests can be done for a $5.00 fee. You must request this when you place your order.
When will the display be picked up? Displays are picked up anytime on the scheduled day.
